- THIS IS IT! THE ORIGINAL '50s AMP CLOTH AMP RESTORERS EVERYWHERE LOVE TO GET THEIR HANDS ON! THE REAL THING- DEFINITELY NOT REPRO! (differences in thread and weave are quite distinctive)
- Cut from an Original UNUSED Late 1950's Fender Factory Roll I bought in the early '90s, this cloth has never been stretched, used, or put on any amp. No Holes, No Tears, No Stains! Essentially Like-New Factory Fresh, it shows just the gentle patina of time, having been stored in cool, dark, climate-controlled for over 20 years. It is THE Grille Cloth used on all Fender Tweed amps from the mid thru the late 50's, and on many of the early Fender brown Tolex amps of the earliest 60's.
- The piece shown is 14 1/4" wide (cream thread) x 12 3/4" tall. This is ideal size for 1950'S Fender Tweed Champ amps, either '55 small box or later large box Champs. I CAN FURNISH QUOTES ON SMALLER OR LARGER PIECES to save $$$ and reduce waste. (Cream/yellow thread runs horizontal or "Width" direction) I CAN CUT EXACT SIZE TO FIT YOUR AMP
