**Testing the waters with this bass because my gut says keep it, it’s that good**

Up for sale is a 1958 Fender Precision Bass refinished in Olympic White. It was originally blonde and the guys friends talked him into refinishing it in the early 90’s, OH NO, and the guy that did the refinishing kept the original pick ups that are long gone. It is a player grade but what an amazing sounding and playing bass. It retains its original neck, body, tuners, back plate, pickguard, bridge, bridge cover, frets, knobs and thumb rest. Body & neck finish, pots, and pickups are not original. Seymour Duncan pickups are installed now. The headstock logo is not original with some sanding to the front of the headstock. The sanding has gone down to the truss Rod plug but nothing that effects the playability of the bass. 11-58 pencil dated neck. This bass is a monster player! It’s sounds so full and punchy with the maple fretboard. Back of the neck plays like butter one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been reluctant to sell it but my band isn’t touring anymore so I’m torn.
