This fantastic device tests your amp's tubes for voltage leaks, shorts, and
quality. All you do is plug the tube into the appropriate slot, dial in the proper heat settings and such, and push the buttons on the right. It's super easy to do. One of the books included has the settings needed for literally any tube you might have. I have highlighted several of the common ones I've used over the years; like 6L6, 6V6, EL34, 12Ax7, EF86, and lots of others.
I've used it for several years and it has help me troubleshoot my amps time and again. It works perfectly despite being several decades old.
