About This Listing
Up for sale we have a 1967 Kustom K-200 electric guitar in original Natural finish with original hardshell case. The guitar is in very good overall condition with some small dings and dents throughout, most of which are allocated to the two horn tips (see photos). The guitar is all original with no cracks, breaks or repairs. Featuring a semi-hollow Maple body, bound Maple neck, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard with pearl domino inlay, Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, and an fantastic sounding pair or DeArmond single coil high gain pickups each with a volume and tone control. The neck nice and straight and sits on the slimmer side of things. Reminiscent of a Mosrite neck's slim D-shape profile that tapers into more a C-shape, losing shoulder and depth as you make your way down towards the headstock, metal nut and zero fret. The thickness of the neck measures .71" deep at the first fret and .85" deep at the twelfth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 9/16". The original small frets are present and are fairly low in height but are hanging in there, no dead spots and notes ring clearly up and down the neck. The guitar weighs in at 7 lbs. even. Overall a very cool instrument and something a little different. Will be professionally packed with care. Thanks for looking.
