A 1997 Sonic Blue Stratocaster Plus with Maple Neck In NOS Condition. This guitar is a real time capsule from the Strat Plus Era and will come shipped in the box that fender originally shipped it in. There are no signs of wear. Absolutely no cracks or chips or dents. The pickguard, backplate and even the Lace Sensors are still covered in plastic. The only notable exceptions are some tarnish/oxidation/rust on the frets which can be polished, some discoloration around the 5 way pick up selector that could be oxidation or minor rust buildup from the metal switch and or the plastic on the pickguard cover. Lastly an irregular line under the polyurethane finish that is only visible at certain angles on the front of the guitar. This guitar is amazing! You will not find a strat plus in much better condition than this, a collectors piece for sure but its a player as well. Case is in excellent near NOS condition with sealed case candy. If you're into the Strat Plus era, you wont want to miss this one! With a very little bit of buffing/polishing on the frets you will have a nearly straight from the store Strat Plus. Guitar is as described, no surprises. You will be happy with this purchase, at this price it's worth it!
