Vintage 1950's Gretsch Bacon Belmont Hollowbody Electric Guitar w/Hardshell case
This is a super slick, highly sought-after dual pickup archtop with hardshell case. The guitar is in good condition and plays very nicely. Sounds super fat and would make a great jazz box. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear and plenty of life left in them. Neck is straight with comfortable action. It features two DeArmond pickups that sound excellent. The tone control rolls off volume and highs on the bridge pickup, less so on the neck pickup. All parts appear original and in good working condition. The binding shows some curling at the heel and pulling at the waist as you can see from the photos, and there is a screw hole in the top remaining from the missing pickguard. Includes a very nice Gator hardshell case.
