The Ovation Standard Elite 6868 AX-5 Acoustic Guitar has all of the essential, unique features of more expensive Ovation guitars, at a price tag that is very affordable. With a solid Spruce top, inlaid epaulets, die-cast chrome tuning machines, and satin finish neck, the Standard Elite sets a new standard for Ovation at the mid-price level.

This Ovation's super-shallow cutaway bowl, famous multi-sound hole technology, and modified bracing,  maximizes the guitar's acoustic response. The tone is big and bottom-heavy, without being clunky or muffled. The rosette and epaulets feature an inlaid mixture of exotic woods that benefit the tone and look amazing. 

And of course who could forget Ovation's iconic electronics. With Ovation's OCP-1K pickup, your guitar will sound like the guitar, not what it's plugged into. Feedback won't be an issue with onboard EQs, and the built-in tuner assures that you'll always sound good, no matter where you are.

Condition

Excellent condition; no bad damage or wear. Played gently, well cared for, and stored properly. Some small nicks and pick marks, but no bad damage. This is a pre-owned guitar, so there will be minor signs of use. Please view the pictures carefully and consider them part of the description.
