This is one of those guitars that is equally as fun and inspiring to play as it is a professional musical tool. A lot of players tell us that their "desert-island guitar" would be a Tele with a vibrato. We couldn't agree with them more.

This Mario T-Jazz encompasses all of the aspects that make a Tele so great along with the addition of an offset / Jazzmaster-style Mastery vibrato system to give you the best of both worlds. 

The T-Jazz is a hybrid between a Tele and a JM style guitar with quite a few tricks up it's sleeve. The Mastery Vibrato springs back into action and holds tune very well for all the vibrato and flutter effects one could ever want. It's incredibly smooth and a joy to use. The bridge is a Staytrem with steel saddles for that classic Tele spank but with spot on intonation. 

This Mario has a great feeling chunky C (.86"-.93") neck profile and a modern compound radius 9.5"-12" for comfortability when playing chords in first and second position and gradually becomes flatter as you go up the board. This is done so that the player is able to bend and not choke out in the upper registers of the neck.

The pickups are hand-wound by Curtis Novak with an early 60's type medium output bridge position. The neck pickup is a Novak Dearmond style Gold Foil, giving you tons of warmth and presence in the rhythm position. The middle position is glorious, mixing the two pickups together in parallel for a tone suitable for most any playing style.

Weather you're fingerpicking in a country band, playing the electric blues, doing a solo jazz gig or rocking out with heavy fuzz and overdrive; this guitar will excel. 

A lightweight Swamp Ash body and a AAA Roasted Birdseye Maple neck complete this beautiful build that weighs in at a comfortable and balanced 7lbs 8oz.
