Exceedingly rare and collectible vintage guitar effects pedal. Produced by the Shin-ei company and branded with either Companion and Jax brand names, this is widely regarded as the precursor to the Uni-Vibe. A Vibra Chorus used by Jimi Hendrix has been featured at the Experience Music Project museum in Seattle.
It is missing the generic plastic tips for the sliders and it requires a separate foot controller to operate, which is not included. You can use one made for a Uni-Vibe (or clone) or construct your own. Many people will also be happy to make one for you (I can direct you to options, and if I can locate them will provide pictures of a small hand controller box that Michael Fuller sent me, which he has constructed to use with his original Vibra Chorus).
