I bought this several years ago. I haven't used it very much.
Item includes original (and UN-used) USB cable (not pictured--it's in the packaging inside the "box"). Does NOT include anything else except what you see (and the USB cable) -- NO driver CD ROM, etc. (Drivers are available online).
NO MIDI Cables are included (MIDI cables were not included with this originally).
NOTE: I've read that these XMIDI 2x2 units can act as a "dongle" for E-mu's discontinued Emulator III and/or Emulator II soft-sampler/soft-synth. I can not confirm this is true, but I've read it, and simply passing it along as supposedly useful information.
