For sale is my John Lennon signature 12 String.
Even more of a surprise, I will include some additional secret cool Lennon bonus memorabilia ... if my full asking is met...and trust me, worth your while $ !

1:  1990 Commemorative and Collectible Limited Run Vintage Rickenbacker John Lennon/12 String Signature model with
Certificate Of Authenticity/COA and Original Blue RIC hangtag.

You can Google and read all about these signature model highly collectible guitars for specs. Extremely limited production, just over 300 total of the 12 strings.  Let's be clear,  that it is not the small and difficult to play 325 series. It is basically a 355/12 with the longer more
conventional scale length/12 string intonatable bridge,  so it is truly
playable. The guitar is set up with those three useable chimey toasters and ready for anything.
Overall, the condition is all original with no modifications...an 8/10 by Rickenbacker standards….and not bad at all for 33 years old !

The most notable challenged cosmetic  is located at the back base of the headstock.  The guitar was on a hanger and the finish (applied rather thick) softened and bunched up...It is not in the way of your
hand with an open E or any chord, but it’s just there….and this cosmetic is not
worth correcting imho. It has some minor blemishes, but nothing structural or
too displeasing aesthetically, no chunks missing.  There are some minor visible marks & scratches.
Most importantly it has very little play time.  Neck is straight, frets are virtually unworn, very easy slinky player being very slinky compared to most Ric 12's and I have had several over the years.  The body is of course light and small and very comfy.

Other than that, I have the original Cert and a copy. Guitar was documented in the Rickenbacker Register in 2009.  The original silver vintage Rickenbacker hard shell case with blue plush lining is missing 1 metal foot.
I’ve used the Lennon 12 for recording and here is a sample!  @ 1:14

2:  Also Included,  is the very rare and now unbelievably rather expensive $$$ Original Authentic standard sized RIC poster of all the Lennon models from 1990. I have it framed. But it can be taken out and rolled up and sent. It is in good condition for its age.

 The EPIPHONE IS SOLD>

The Signature model and RIC poster will be sold together. Sorry will not separate these two.

Here are the Final production totals...

Unit number one was delivered to Yoko Ono, who reportedly had the instrument specially decorated by artist Peter Max, before presenting the guitar to Sean Lennon as a birthday gift.

Please, no lowball offers, I have fielded several. Please be serious. All the Rickenbacker signatures are investments...as well as great players. Thanks
