Martin D-45 S Deluxe Limited Edition 1992 Natural 48 of 50 Made!

A truly outstanding run of only 50 instruments, the Martin D-45 S Deluxe might be some of the finest sounding guitars produced by Martin in the last 30 years.. Based on the earliest examples of the D-45 constructed in the early 1930s, these guitars were slope shouldered, 12 fret - clear of the body guitars with beautiful, highly detailed appointments. Introduced in 1992 as a Guitar of the Month run, these guitars were constructed with old growth East Indian rosewood back and sides, amazing sitka spruce tops with 1/4" width scalloped bracing, mahogany necks with a 1 3/4" nut, ebony boards & bridges and topped off with a high grade Brazilian rosewood headstock veneers and a sound hole label signed by C.F. Martin IV.

This example, number 48 of the 50 produced, has been incredibly well taken care of with no wear, dings or dents to mention. There may be some swirls, etc if held if the right light...thats about it! As amazing as this guitar looks, it's voice is really the best part, as it should be.. It has big projection and is very well balanced tonally. It really sounds awesome!
