The Doepfer A-149-4 is a 4HP quad random voltage source with four channels in both un-quantised and quantised varieties.
There are many options for quantisation selectable via illuminated buttons: octaves, quints (octaves and fifths), chord, scale, semi (chromatic), and continuous (unquantized). For the first four options you can choose whether to engage sixths and sevenths, and for chord and scale options you can choose between major or minor.
The knob on the module controls how great the octave range is and the trigger inputs are normalised downward, so you can generate four random voltages off of one trigger.
