This is my 1985 Custom Order Kramer Baretta. I have had it since October 2010. I would say it's in excellent condition. The color is difficult to photograph as it changes between a cream and a white depending on the light - pictures 1 and 4 show that. I have done my best to highlight the condition - both good and not so good - in the photos. There are a handful of dings, most of which are pea sized. The fretboard is obviously aesthetically worn. The brown stain around the headstock has held up pretty well over the years but it is chipped in some places as per the photos.
This is non scarf joint neck.
The case candy is pretty cool and in great condition. There are 2 Kramer picks, a banana headstock keychain, 2 trem arms (1 with some pitting), a made in Germany wrench, the original warranty card, and the original inspection card. The allen keys that were on the back of the headstock are gone. Another cool piece which you may or may not care about - I bought this from George T. who ran the old Kramer Forum and he included a paper confirming. I like the idea of tracking the ownership/story of a cool guitar like this, so I will also included something so you have a record of where it's been.
It comes with the original Kramer case which is in good condition. It's relatively marked up and the metal is pitting, but it is a solid case and the latches work well (though the key is long gone.)
I just had it set up by Matt at 30th St guitars in NY. It plays fantastically but I had him block the trem in the back since I'm not much of a divebomber. That's an easy change if you need to use the floyd.
It is registered at vintage kramer dot com if you care to look.
The Youtube video below is something I made a few years ago with it.
I would prefer to arrange for local pickup - if you're interested in shipping, please contact me before buying so I can confirm a rate.
Thanks for looking - and send me a message if you have any questions!
