ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN AS-IS CONDITION

All of our instruments sold are in complete, working condition. This instrument was professionally inspected, repaired if necessary & given a pro set-up by one of our favorite luthiers/guitarist/composer/teacher & fantastic all around human being as well as the co-founder of April Mae & The June Bugs, Dave "Catfish" Fecca of Dave Fecca Guitar Repair located in Moorestown, NJ...so this axe is ready to rip!

CONDITION:
Instrument is in excellent condition, in our opinion. Our luthier gave this a full pro set-up, including buffing and polishing the body and fretboard to remove any light wear. He also sanded the saddle to lower the action and set the intonation. He checked all electronics as well. There was a small crack in the finish on the top of the guitar from the bottom of the bridge down towards the lower bout.  That was glued and wet sanded and is structurally sound. This does not affect the playability whatsoever. Previous owner removed much of the original finish on the spruce top, for reasons unknown. Please see the attached photos as an extension of our written description.

DIMENSIONS:
Body is 40" long x 15 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" deep; scale length is 25.4" long x 1 3/4" wide at the 1st fret, 2 1/8" wide at the 12th fret, & 2 1/8" wide at the 17th fret.

Nut measures 1 7/8" wide.

Guitar weighs in at a very light 4 lbs, 14 oz.

NOTES:

**VIDEO RECORDING SPECS:**

This was recorded using an iPhone 14 Pro using only natural diffused light. This Martin guitar was played thru an early 2000s Ibanez Solid State Troubador 225 Stereo 50 Watt Acoustic Guitar Amplifier, unmic'ed. Effects onboard the amp that were used were the subtle chorus & reverb. Guitar was demonstrated by our dear friend, professional musician, composer, guitarist, luthier & co-founder of recording artists April Mae & The June Bugs, the extraordinary Dave "Catfish" Fecca. Dave played this axe in the front room at our bricks & mortar shop, Ellis Antiques, also the home of Ace's Axe Attic. Sure hope you enjoy his pickin' as well as his very entertaining banter!

Shipping insurance is included. Instrument will be boxed in a heavy guitar box & will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Or, this can be picked up locally at our physical bricks and mortar shop in Collingswood, NJ 08108.
Please inquire regarding international shipping rates prior to purchase or making us an offer. This item is subject to prior sale. If you have any interest in purchasing this fine instrument, please feel free to make us an offer. We're full time general antique dealers and negotiating is a large part of our business. Just saying......

TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS:If you are contemplating making us an offer on this or any of our other varied listings, please be fully prepared to follow through, pay for your item and consummate the deal if your offer is accepted by us.
