This LTD EC-400 has been set up with low action. It is fairly clean with a few scratches and play wear on top in between pickups. Belt rash can also be seen on back. There glaring issue is on the neck. Binding at 2nd/3rd fret has been repaired poorly. This can be felt while playing. As such was are listing this guitar in fair condition. Please see photos.
