Beautiful handmade guitar by Roger Giffin!A late 2018 build for Distinctive Guitar that I bought new in 2021. Outstanding lightweight constructing riding the line between Fender and Gibson style guitars. Very resonant body, sounds as good as it looks.
A few highlights:
- Body = Honduran mahogany with binding, flame curly maple top, tobacco burst finish
- Neck = Mahogany/maple with binding, Indian rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, 24.75" scale, 12" radius, 1 11/16" nut, '59 neck carve (.90-.96" depth)
- Pickups = Wolfetone "Dr. Vintage" hum buckers
- Hipshot open tuners, Tone Pros bridge, abalone inlays, gold hardware
- Custom G&G hardcase **note -- one latch is a little wonky
I added a couple of the original shop pictures at the end to give a better quality view than my phone pictures, without reflections, etc. Excellent condition, the case latch is the only noticeable flaw, only selling for financial reasons.
