Material:

Reclaimed wood – mostly Pine.

The wood may show signs of its former use such as screw and/or nail holes, gouges, machine marks, etc. Most have been left as is. Larger holes may have been patched.

Approximately 1 3/4” (44.5mm) thick.

Sanded to 220/240 grit.

Dyed and clear coated with satin polyurethane.

Pickup Cavities:

Routed to accept traditional Tele pickups.

Neck Pickup: 5/8” (16mm) deep.

Bridge Pickup: 7/8” (22mm) deep.

Controls Cavity:

Typical Tele size and location.

1 1/2” (38mm) deep.

Bridge string and mounting holes:

Locations are based on vintage ashtray style Tele bridges with 4 mounting holes.

String spread: 2 1/8” (54mm).

String-through Holes: 1/8” (3mm) diameter.

Mounting Holes: 3/32” (2.4mm) diameter.

Ferrule Holes:

5/16” (8mm) in diameter.

Jack Hole:

7/8” (22mm) in diameter.

Side of body is curved at jack hole to accept oval or square jack plates.

Pickup Wiring Channels:

1/4” (6.3mm) in diameter.

Direct from pickup cavities to controls cavity.

Neck Pocket:

Routed for standard Tele neck.

5/8” (16mm) deep.

Adjustments (sanding of pocket sides, shimming, etc.) may be needed to accept the neck being installed.

Neck Plate Holes:
3/16” (4.7mm) to accept standard neck plate.

If using a predrilled neck, adjustments to neck holes most likely will be needed.

Strap Button Holes:

1/16” (3mm) in diameter.
