Wurgler Revengeance #65

Heads up metal heads. A client of mine wanted a full size custom guitar based on the Dean Vengeance guitar, but the project didn't materialize, so I decided to do a three string interpretation I've named Revengeance.

The pickup is an overwound flat humbucker. It shreds the soul even without gain. With gain, you can take                         re-vengeance on your parents and neighbors while simultaneously making new boy and/or girl friends. 

The body is painted with (allegedly) the blackest black paint ever (Search: BLK3.0). The paint is intended for art projects and not for durability, so EXPECT THIS GUITAR TO RELIC QUICKLY (It's been played and  has  some evident pick wear)

Body: Basswood

Neck: Oak and Walnut laminate from the shell of a reclaimed 1908 piano. Two carbon fiber stiffener rods, not adjustable, Lacquer, satin polish

Fretboard: Rosewood, 31mm width, dots from white keys

Frets: Stainless Steel "zero" fret and 21 medium nickel frets
           Leveled, dressed, polished (action is 0.070” at 12th fret)

Nut:   Adjustable string width spacing rod
           Movable from the headstock onto the fretboard for playing slide

Scale: 23.75"

Bridge: Hardtail

Pickup: GittyBomb - Extreme Output Humbucker - 14 kOhms 

Pots: Volume and tone 250k, 0.047uF cap on tone pot

Strings: Nickel wound (0.018, 0.026”, 0.038”), grounded

Tuning: G-D-G

Strap Buttons: Yes

Settings in the video are:  Volume = 2, Gain = 2, Roland Mini-Cube Amp Setting = British Combo
