I nostri utenti valutano Reverb
The Cort GB Modern 4 Open Pore Natural is a stage-worthy bass that performs far above its price tag. It is a high-spec bass crafted with the demanding modern player in mind yet keeps a comforting traditional element in its design. An example of this would be the roasted maple neck and fingerboard but with classic looking big block inlays. All the sounds you need for almost any style in live or recording settings are provided by the Nordstrand pickups and MarkBass electronics. Let's not forget about that gorgeous poplar top too!
Features We Love: Top End HardwareFrom top to bottom, the GB-Modern 4 has been kitted out with all the specifications needed for a professional level performance. Hipshot Ultralite tuners and a Babicz Full Contact Hardware bridge deliver excellent tuning stability and Luminlay Side Dots let you find your way around the neck with ease on even the darkest of stages.
Constructed for PerformanceAnother excellent feature of the GB-Modern 4 is the way the body has been crafted to produce a lightweight bass that doesn't sacrifice on tone. With mahogany at its centre, this is joined by paulownia wings, a white ash back and a phenomenal poplar burl top. The result will not only make your shoulder happy but is especially pleasing for the ears and eyes too!
Quality ToneThe GB-Modern 4 is equipped with a pair of Nordstrand Big Single pickups. These aren't your average single coil pickups though; think big, thick low end and plenty of clarity throughout the mids and highs. Taking it one step further is the MarkBass MB Instrument Pre preamp which gives the ability to refine your sound through simple to use cut and boost options.
Highlights:- A premium level bass in every way
- Excellent choice for a professional bassist
- A lot of performance for the money
