Pedal in awesome condition,had a NOS Philips ef86 tube put in instead of the stock tube. The only thing that is wrong is the AC power adapter, which had an intermittent short since the cable was damaged and I had to make a repair to is by cutting the cable in the plug end and re-soldered. You can probably get a new adapter for cheap if the black insulation tape bothers you. Still works as it should.
Has a wide array of sounds and sounds awesome into either a clean or a slightly driven amp. This pedal is very rare and you will not see them often for sale. Any question feel free to ask.
