Of course, the Corsair is ideal for jazz and blues playing styles; but with a pair of Schecter Diamond ’78 humbuckers, this beauty can be dialed in to deliver hard-hitting rock 'n' roll tone. The Corsair features an all-maple body that is lightweight, resonant, and heavy on punchy treble and sweet midrange. A 3-piece gloss mahogany set neck with an ebony fingerboard provides impeccable response and playability, ideal for exploring chords and lead runs up and down the neck. And with a Schecter tremolo with a Roller Tune-o-matic bridge, you can add some really cool textures and sustain to your playing!

You play a variety of styles, right? This pair of Schecter Diamond ’78 humbuckers is ready to take you anywhere you want to go. These PAF-style 'buckers deliver incredibly warm, full tone thanks to Alnico V magnets. And their slightly overwound construction and 4-conductor wiring mean you can dial in everything from midrange crunch to jangly treble. A split-coil design with 3-way switch and push-pull tone controls lets you conjure really hot single-coil tone as well. In short, this dynamic humbucker duo can do it all!

Neck designed for response

The 3-piece mahogany set neck on the Corsair provides outstanding resonance that can enhance just about any style of play. This incredible neck has been cut to a "C" profile that sits comfortable in the hand for hours of performance. And the gorgeous ebony fingerboard features 22 medium aluminum frets that make chording and lead runs easy on the hand as well. Many of us have put this neck to the test, and its comfort and smooth playability have greatly impressed us!
