I purchased this bass in March off of Reverb. The previous owner had it for about a month; he sold it because a bass he had on order was arriving early and he needed money. This bass has never left my house since I received it, and it has received very limited play.
In my opinion, if you like what an active F-bass is, then this is a wonderful instrument -- fast action, comfortable neck, good physical balance, solid sound definition. After trying a couple of active basses, I've decided that they're not my thing. I picked up a different instrument that better suits me, so I'm selling this one to keep my inventory down.
The instrument is in near-perfect shape, just as it was when I received it. There's some slight swirl on the pickguard (the usual level for a new-ish instrument; see picture), a few fine surface lines in the finish (very few; again, typical; see representative photo of back), and a small, approx 3/16" scratch in the outer finish on the bottom edge (see photo; marked with arrow). Also, I've noted a bit of static when adjusting the tone -- like the kind caused by dust in the control.
Includes blank registration card, as well as other pictured documents and adjustment tools.
