Early 1900's German 4/4 violin labelled Andreas Guarnerius. Has nice shading, finish, and workmanship. Has no cracks on body, has old repair and stable repair of pegbox including bushing of the peg holes and splined cracks around the peg holes which is a fairly common and effective repair to vintage violins. String sounding length of 12 7/8", and length of back is 14 1/4". This is a terrific sounding violin -- robust, balanced, clear, and far better than one would generally expect with a shop-made violin. Includes a functional case.
