The Custom Fury Bandit is in overall excellent condition with minor wear and a few small dings on the body and some very small scratches on the body edges edges (the flash from the digital camera sometimes brings out marks that are not visible to the naked eye). The neck is slender and fast as is the case with all Fury guitars, be it a bass or an electric guitar, and they are a joy and pleasure to play. The pickups and controls all work well and the pickups have an extremely strong output. As heard on the You Tube video the Fury Bandit has a strong output from the pickups and all controls work as they should. I have included a photo of a letter from Glenn McDougall dated 1/9/99 that explains the agreed upon specs between Glenn and the person who ordered the guitar, the only thing I can see that changed was that there is only one volume control, not two as stated in the letter. As seen in the photo of the back of the headstock, the guitar is signed by Glenn McDougall. I will include the letter from Glenn McDougall and the original Guarantee of Excellence that is pictured. As seen in the photos, the guitar came with two extra nuts in addition to the one I currently have on the guitar (also one extra string saddle), I chose to use the one that was specified in the letter "light string gauge .08 to .045 extremely low action", the buyer and Glenn must have conferred after the specs in the letter to add two more nuts so the owner could use heavier string gauges if he wished. I have never heard of a guitar manufacturer offering nuts one could swap out with by removing two screws, another example of the gunius and innovation of Glen McDougall.
The Fury guitar case is in overall excellent condition with some minor edgewear, and it has the Fury logo and other pertinent info stencilled on it, I understand not many cases came like this.
