Here is the most beautiful instrument I have ever seen. I bought this 10-12 years ago because this is just the best built and best playing mandolin you could ever get your hands on. Paul Bigsbys building techniques are legendary and have not been surpassed to this day, he built every part of every one himself. I listed this as excellent because to me it is built excellent, plays excellent, sounds excellent and does not disappoint in any way. - The more critical eye may have listed is as very good because of a little arm wear on the upper bout and a couple of small binding pieces missing. 70 years old and as far as I can tell all original from top to bottom.
