This is a vintage 1968 Laney Supergroup 100w Mk1
'THE EARLY BLACK SABBATH AMP'
Dated to 1968 by the guys at Laney...they inspected photos of the signature label and verified that this one was made in 1968 and signed on the assembly label by Lyndon Laney himself. This is the same model amplifier used on the early Black Sabbath LP's. Not an easy amp to find in the US. I bought this amp in the UK.
All original caps AND original Partridge transformers.
Notes: It's a monster. Play it through a full-stack. Sag it to 105v with a variac...just like an old Marshall plexi. Want more photos? Send a message. Have questions? Ask me!

Amp Details: Amplifier is electronically in very good condition. 100% original filter caps and the amazing Partridge transformers too. Cabinet has seen a lot of wear from use. Recently inspected and serviced Andy Marshall - THD and Brett at Solder House in Port Orchard. The only non-original components on the hand soldered board are the tube saddles. Ready to play. I will overpack it and ship the tunes in bubble wrap.
