For sale: one used ‘98 Orville (Gibson’s Japanese Market line) Les Paul electric guitar with foto flame top. No issues, truss rod tested, intonation set, neck is straight, action very comfortable. Bridge and tailpiece have been upgraded to Tone Pros.Strung with Ernie Ball 10s 06/01/22. Minor fret wear if any but no dead nor buzzy frets. Shows scuffs, nicks, scratches, dings, etc. Electronics function perfectly; pickups are stock but the volume pots have been upgraded to CTS 500k audio units. The tone potentiometers are 500k no-load CTS models, so they are not in the circuit when turned to ‘10’. Switchcraft jack and switch as well as cloth wiring installed. Real, THICK maple top with a foto flame veneer, long neck tenon. Nut width is 1-45/64”; neck is 7/8” thick at first fret and 31/32” at 12th fret. Weighs 9.5 pounds. Neck is not thick like a ‘50s nor thin like a ‘60s — in the middle, like a ‘70s. Gibson hard shell case included.
