This is a multi-species laminate strat style electric guitar that I built maybe 6 or 7 years ago. I started experimenting with bodies like this about 10 years ago and this is the first one I built without a separate top. It's made from Bubinga, Alder and Padauk - meant to exploit the tonal qualities of all three. The pickups are a Seymour Duncan JB at the bridge and an SH-5 Custom at the neck. This is my regular combo great for all forms of rock. The neck is a laminate of Spanish Cedar and Maple with a 25.5" scale 22 fret Granadillo fretboard. The neck to body joint permits unfettered access to the highest frets and is joined with bolts and threaded inserts which enhances tone and sustain. I did my best not to abuse it so it's still in very good shape. This listing is limited to the lower 48 states so I don't have to figure out international rates and procedures - I'm not that tech savvy. Please feel free to ask questions and make me an offer I can't refuse.
