Squier Master Series Telecaster 034-0100 2005 Natural

This piece has been heavily upgraded and modified from the initial factory issue offering as evidenced with included stock photo.

Offered here is an extremely rare, and thouroughly upgraded Squire by Fender Master Series Set-Net, ‘Thinline’ (chambered) 24.75” scale (Gibson) Tele. When I first encountered this instrument I realized it’s full potential and duly went about with the requisite changes and upgrades. Most notably is the modification from string-thru to Bigsby and ‘Tunamatic’, which required milling the body to receive the bridge at the proper (and adjustable) height, with respect to the set neck design. Filtertron pickups, as well as a brass nut install and refret was performed at the time of the other luthiery, by local LA master Matty Baratto. There are a few small, filled-yet-visible, screw holes that remain from the previous hardtail configuration, with few (no) options to be done about them cosmetically, with the instrument featuring a warm translucent amber finish. As well, all other hardware, (Tuners, Knobs, Plates, Screws, etc.), have been upgraded to better the performance (locking Klusons, Schaller roller saddle bridge, brass nut), as well as complete the look. Much more attractive than the original short factory run, and quite rare original factory incarnation. Included with this ‘dream machine’ is a custom G&G Case featuring classic ‘Gator and Gold’ exterior, and ‘Gretsch Green’ interior.
