Beautiful and very early Wayne Charvel Rock Legend. This was a custom order dated back in 1999 closely reminiscent of the early Charvels produced in the early 80's. Alder body deep purple finish with hand applied gold flame flakes by Charvel himself. Birdseye maple neck with walnut stripe. Stainless steel jumbo frets. Matching color head stock. Original pickup was removed and replaced with a Seymour Duncan 1978 custom wound pickup. The original pickup will be included with this purchase. Guitar is in overall great condition, some of the gold flake is showing through the green patina, a few small dings and small paint chips here and there, but nothing crazy. Wayne And Michael Charvel build some of finest guitars in the business. The tones on this guitar are simply amazing. Comes with faux Alligator hard shell case ( original).
