this beauty is in fantastic condition for its age, just had set up , frets level and polished,had Fishman matrix infinity pick up professionally installed! She booms like a Martin D45, beautiful Brazilian Rosewood back and sides ,abalone binding is stunning! Grover tuning pegs,brand new TKL Martin case $200.00 . This guitar does have slight fogging on the headstock…also a scratch on top…The early 70’s Alvarez acoustics from Yari’s shop in Japan are now becoming hard to find!
