Welcome! Right now, you're looking at an incredible 'super strat'. This is a custom Rick Kelly NYC S Style electric guitar, bather in a super rare Mary Kaye pink finish. It weighs 7 lbs 15 oz. The scale length is 25.5", and the nut width is 1.62". Neck depth - 1" at the 1st fret, 1.03" at the 12th. Rick Kelly builds guitars in NYC for clients like Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, and Roger Waters (just to name a few). He uses reclaimed woods and is famous for his Bowery Guitars that are built from 200 year old Pine that was used framing out of old buildings in the city. This is a gigantic advantage, allowing vibrational frequencies to pass through, with a natural resonance like never before. This guitar is insane - accentuating all the features of a Strat, on steroids. Endless playing comfort and allows easy access to the highest register. Because of the natural resonance from the wood, you have an incredibly wide tonal palette to choose from. Everything from shimmering chords, to clear note articulation- just amazing. It's in great overall condition. There are some minor dings/dents and normal play wear. Please see all photos for a better visual description. I've never seen one like this, and might never again. Don't miss the opportunity to get your hands on a super rare guitar for a great price. Thanks for looking!
