Betcha haven’t seen one of these in awhile, or ever! This is a NEW OLD STOCK 60th anniversary Fender Highway One Precision bass! Doesn’t look to have ever been played, it’s visually and mechanically fantastic showing only the faintest signs of case & storage wear. A few spots where the finish is shiny from rubbing on the interior of the case (these are matte finished basses). An absolutely stunning instrument from any angle!
This bass is confirmed to be 100% stock, and has been fully dialed in with a great setup, low action, and original Fender rounds! It plays beautifully on the luscious thick-slab rosewood board, with shiny frets and a profile to die for! The necks is what made this series famous, and they age gracefully with the thin finish! A 16 year old beauty that’s ready to collect, play, and converse about; accompanied by all original plastic, stickers, paperwork etc. This bass is a svelte 8 1/2lbs, it just don’t get any better than this folks!
I do not want this bass to get damaged in transit, so i will ship it in a TSA-approved SKB branded molded hardcase (they made the Fender branded molded hardcase from this era, so it’s period correct). Not to mention it’s going to be pro packed! We’re confident you won’t find another Precision Bass like this one! Ships via UPS ground to the lower 48 only, fully insured with a signature required. This bass is sold as is pictured, as is listed. Don’t miss it!
