NEW! real switchcraft grade REAN jacks for 50+ year durability. we got rid of the weak plastic jacks used in many modern wahs!

-special caps and circuit mods, joe gagan's special recipe, developed from modding and designing hundreds of wah pedals. search joe gagan on youtube, a couple hundred videos will come up with custom and special wahs!

4 trim pots for max flexibility. these are marked with our ' gagan tuned ' setting so you always have the default to go back to:
1. -PRE VOL trimmer for volume matching and HOTrodded wah tones! allows tailoring to single coils, humbuckers, or other pedals in your chain.

2. - bias - lets you set the amount of low end and growl. works in concert with the volume trim for  incredible versatility.

3. vol, sets the gain but without adding low end as much as bias.

4. mids, also known as BODY

--the ' vocal ' resistor is in sockets, swap to tune. kit comes with a good assortment included. this enhances the high end and vocal quality. stock vox and crybaby is 33k, many people prefer 56k, 75k, or even 100k for more vintage tone.

- standard size 2.1 mm power jack, utilizing reverse polarity protection and quality filtering.

tuning note:

there is a wee treble element to the way the two volumes work. if you want more spectrum and harmonics, turn PRE VOL UP and VOL down. for a more traditional wah sound without the enhanced treble, do the reverse of that.  important to note, this affects the bass end more than anything else, with the enhanced treble. your notes will retain a little more presence or attack. in addition, you will hear a more organic guitar tone throughout the full range. the downside of the enhanced treble is that with heavy gain, you may notice you are effectively wiping out some of the bass signal as fuzz or gain are designed to really hit on mids and treb in most cases.
