Condition Description: VG - Hoop is in very good condition. No cracks or damages in the wood. Plies are tight with no separation. White paint has areas of stick loss - mostly stick side. Lays flat with no bends or warps. Hoop is in round within 1/8", smallest measurement: 14 15/16".
