The guitar that never lived up to it’s name but accidentally became
the guitar to spawn the Surf Music genre of the 60’s as well as
inspiring countless Indie and Alternative Rock bands over the decades.
We get the good times rolling with a select Swamp Ash body combined with
our popular Medium “C” profile, quarter-sawn maple neck which sports a
lovely quarter-sawn maple fretboard with a 7.25″ – 9.5″ compound radius.
We install a set of our Iconic Revolution JM Series pickups to provide
all the offset tone you’re looking for! We’ve addressed many of the
playabilty concerns of the offset design while maintaining a firm hold
on the nostalgic look of the classic JM style that makes it so revered.
Built right here on the sunny, California coast where it all started!
