This is a set of both ROMs (upper and lower) of the latest OS released for the black Ensoniq ASR-X. The ROMs have been tested in a real black ASR-X. I do not re-use old, recycled EPROMs. I only buy new USA made flash-based ROMs directly from distributors and program them myself.

The only EPROM store promising to ONLY use brand new, newly manufactured chips! Don't pay for 30, 40 year old re-programmed chips that will suffer from BIT ROT when you could get brand new ones. Yes I have the best prices and my chips are actually Brand New. I am also the only seller offering a 1 year free replacement on all my chips because I am that confident in them.

ASR-X Version 1.10
Allows the ASR-X to import ASR-10 sounds from HD floppy disks.
Kit Mapper provides an easy way to get all the important sounds in a drum kit onto the pads at once.
Auto-normalization can optimize volume of samples as they are created.
Auto-zero cross finder can search waves for best loop positions (at zero crossings).
Each track has a new parameter, TrackMIDIOut, that controls the transmission of data from the track to another MIDI device.
Local Off mode lets the pads, patch select buttons, and foot switch transmit MIDI data without playing the internal sounds.
Track Mix can now record real-time changes.
