Excellent 1977 Greco Stratocaster - Lawsuit MIJ Japan - Very RARE "Violin" finish -

Up for sale is an Excellent 1977 Greco SE Super Sound Stratocaster in perfect working order. Super Rare “ Violin ” finish (this finish is not many... and increasingly collectable.). 100% original.

It has an Incredibly Thin finish, unlike the Fenders of the era which were invariably coated in a thick tone-killing polyester skin. Really nice example of the copy that was better than the original. Sound and plays great.

The serial# is K774099. The manufactured year is 1977 (“B” means November). It's made by Fuji-Gen gakki in Japan. A real “Lawsuit” era.

All electrics tested and working properly with normal 3-way switch and 3 single pickups configuration. The neck is Straight and it's very comfortable to play with Low-action(1.5mm/1.8mm@12th fret). Great playability. The truss rod works fine but is a bit tight to clockwise. The original frets are around 60-70% and in good shape with no deep grooves or dead spots.

The body has a few minor dents on the top, some minor dents and nicks on the side, some scratches and light buckle rash on the backside but overall very clean body with no chips. The neck is also very clean with only a few minor dings and some scratches on the backside. Back of the neck smooth overall. The metal hardware is tarnished but looks great.

The original tremolo arm is missing but it comes with a normal trem-arm.

The weight of the guitar is 3.37kg(7.42lbs). No case included, but will be correctly packed for shipment.
