good working speakers, show normal wear but still good and fully functional see/hear demo video, i do not own a bose controller, but have 901 based presets on my computer and that is what was used for the demo video with bass heavy music, great sound, good for short to medium throw applications, just don't expect them to keep up with 1000 watt electrovoice 15" 2 way cabinets for long throw. these provide more of a home hifi type flavor/sound. they come as shown, with covers, will be well packed and fully insured. good thing about these, besides great sound, they are very durable. a dj friend of mine was at an expo where these were presented and the bose rep threw one of them on the floor then plugged it back in and it worked good as new, undamaged. (i did not throw these). please note, my camera mic could not handle the intense sound these produced, the overloaded sound in the demo video was my camera mic's fault, especially the port noise being so close to the mic, as well as the sizzling highs, again, these were tested with 901 eq settings, which have more of a boost in the highs and lows than the 802 controller provides, so the sound is reflected in the extreme 901 preset eq settings, which served to push them good (but the 901 settings seem to add more highs and lows than the 802s need so they sound extreme in those frequencies)to make sure they are 100% solid functionally.
