Fender HM Strat Bluestone Guitar

The bluestone was a rare colour for the HM strat (colour code 796).

This guitar has been assembled from a 1991-1992 Japanese HM strat body (first version) with a Japanese HM Power strat neck (second version). It is a fully working guitar. Please read all of the information below for details.

Body:
The guitar body is made of basswood.
There are some very light marks on it which you cannot really see in a picture. You would have to shine a light on it to be able to see these. The body colour has slightly faded which is to be expected on a 30+ year old guitar.

Pickups:
These are the original HM stat pickups.
One original DiMarzio humbucker pickup (approximately 12.8 ohms)
Two original DiMarzio single coil pickups x 2 (approximately 5.4, and 5.5 ohms)
One original 250k potentiometer for the volume control.
One original TBX tone control.
All wiring is working correctly.
Volume knob and tone knob are the original "F" style knobs.

The body has a brand new Floyd Rose special trem which is fully working along with new trem springs.

Neck:
This is a maple HM strat neck with 24 jumbo frets.  It is not from the same guitar as the bluestone body.
The neck is straight, and there is no bowing.
The serial number is E324801 (see picture)
Original Gotoh tuning pegs.
The locking nut has been replaced but doesn't sit flush on the neck. This will either need a shim or new locking nut however it does funtion properly as a locking nut (see picture)
The Strat logo has been painted on over the top of the original strat logo by the previous owner (see picture)
A new floyd rose string tree is included but is not attached to the headstock.

The two allen keys are included for the locking nut and floyd rose bridge tuners and for the height/intonation adjustments.

Postage:
There is a hard case that I will ship the guitar in (pictured). I will bubble wrap the guitar so it is a snug fit in the case. I will detune the strings.
