Bought new in 2001. This guitar is in very good condition. It is the most vocal guitar I've ever played due to the large sound hole and the vintage bracing. I have not played it much over the last few years but it has always been kept in a music room that is kept at constant 72 degree temperature. The neck is very straight and it plays wonderfully.
