Here is a rare 1994 Alvarez Regent 5214.
This guitar is in the most perfect condition for its age that can be found! If not for the few pick marks on the pickguard, and one tiny 3mm dent on the front that cannot be seen unless you get very close, this guitar would be dead mint in condition! There is a tiny chip out of the Bridge saddle which can easily be replaced but does not effect the sound or playability of the guitar.
Alvarez stopped making this high quality 5214 in 1998. Years later they came out with a re-release on the Alvarez Regent that was not even close the quality of the 1990's Regent 5214.
This guitar plays, feels and sounds like you are playing a vintage Martin D28. That is how nice this guitar is!!
The soundboard is a solid spruce top, the back and sides of the guitar are gorgeous dark mahogany. Black and white body binding & sound hole rosette, with a black pickguard. The fingerboard is a beautiful dark rosewood with mother of pearl dot inlays and the winged bird 12th fret maker inlay.
The bridge is rosewood with black/white pins.
The guitar comes with a softshell case.Reverb Buyer Protection
