Il propose un tap tempo avec sous-divisions du temps pour les tempos rapides et les triolets, la possibilité de choisir 2, 4 ou 3 étages de phaser (une exclusivité Empress), 8 formes d'onde (sinusoïde, triangle, sinusoïde asymétrique, sinusoïdale oblique, dent de scie, dent de scie inversée, carré et en escalier), un réglage Gain qui peut offrir jusqu'à 6dB de boost, 8 modes auto (suiveur d'enveloppe, centre et vitesse, vitesse (sinusoïde), vitesse (carré), déclenchement par audio ou par niveau aléatoire, rythmiques et contrôle direct), l'entrée jack Control Port permet de brancher une pédale d'expression, un tap tempo externe, un contrôleur CV (control voltage), une entrée audio ou un contrôleur MIDI.

Its audio path is 100% analog but is microprocessor controlled, which retains its analog characteristics while adding tons of control possibilities and adaptability. It offers a tap tempo with time subdivisions for fast tempos and triplets, the possibility to choose 2, 4 or 3 phaser stages (an Empress exclusive), 8 waveforms (sine, triangle, asymmetrical sine, sine wave, sawtooth, reverse sawtooth, square and step), a Gain control which can offer up to 6dB of boost, 8 auto modes (envelope follower, center and speed, speed (sine), speed (square), audio or random level triggering, rhythms and direct control), the Control Port input jack allows you to connect an expression pedal, an external tap tempo, a CV (control voltage) controller, an audio input or a MIDI controller.
