From the Road Series line of guitars, this D-12 is part of a limited run from Martin Guitar.
This Martin Road Series D-12 has a dreadnought body shape constructed from a gloss-finished Sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides. The dreadnought shape of this D-12 is full in the arms while remaining comfortable and is fashioned for easy playability. Sitka spruce scalloped X-bracing contributes to the rich and resonant voice of this Road Series standby.
A smooth, hand-rubbed finished neck is formed in a Martin Performing Artist profile with a High-Performance Taper. This shape, combined with an FSC Certified Richlite fingerboard makes this D-12 streamlined and effortless to fret, strum, pick, and riff away endlessly. Visually, the D-12 features a Style 28 multi-stripe rosette and Style 18 purfling on the back. Black binding tops off the D-12 with a solid aesthetic complement.
