This guitar is inspired by Mark Knopfler's red
Strat. It is made in a very nice relic finish in Dakota Red color a
little darker than the original.
It has 2 MK-61 pickups in the
bridge and middle position which are replicas of the 1961 pickups
present on Mark Knopfler's Fender. On the neck, it is equipped with a
DiMarzio FS-1 pickup like the original.
This guitar is intended to reproduce the legendary sound of Dire Strait.
