A
smooth, rich and creamy Blues overdrive pedal from the Biyang Tonefancier
range. Influenced by the Boss Blues Driver BD2, it actually tries to improve
upon the classic formula. Some reviewers actually prefer it!

As
the name suggests this pedal is best suited to blues, but also is great for
R&B, Jazz, Country and Funk. However it’s a versatile pedal and can produce
a wide range of sounds depending on how you manipulate the Level and Drive
controls. It can sound pretty heavy when the Gain is turned all the way up. But
even at lower levels it sounds full with a decent amount of sustain.

The
BL8 has a durable polished metal casing with no slip rubber feet. It’s true
bypass so doesn’t impact your tone when off. While the pedal does work with a
9v battery (accessed by a compartment in the back), it’s best to use an adaptor
as batteries don’t last very long.
