The Peerless Retromatic 131 is just flat out sexy rock and roll goodness. It is a true hollowbody with a substantially smaller body reminiscent of the Hoffners or Gretsches that rocked the Hamburg underground and later invaded American shores and made girls scream and shake and dance.
Simon Bradley, of Total Guitar magazine, wrote in his review of the Retromatic 131, "We defy anyone to play it without a silly grin spreading over their face". We could not agree more!
