Cerwin-Vega AT-15 giant vintage home audio speakers

these things ROCK!  both woofers recently refoamed, demo video shows they work 100%.  they do show normal wear, dings dents etc., (reason for "fair" condition, they are old and used) and were oiled with old english after the demo video before pictures to make them look pretty for pictures.   main issue is they are HUGE and heavy, i can only have 1 1/4" cardboard all around (almost 2" at corners) for packing, (i normally pack more/better, but who wold pay $800 for shipping packed that way?)  since any larger and shipping rates would be more than DOUBLE what is shown.  they have their original bases, but i may have to remove them before shipping, both because with them they may still be too large to ship, and they would not likely survive the trip.
(the bases, would likely be smashed and possibly break/dent into the main cabinets, now in good solid condition).  of course local pickup/demo is always welcome, i just shrink wrapped them and put them in storage for safe keeping till sold.  you know who to thank for the increased shipping rates/gas prices!  HE did that!  seen at a gas station near you.
