Vintage Marsona 1200 sleep aid. Essentially an analog white noise generator. There are four sound modulation settings: Surf 1, Surf 2, Rain, Waterfall. Also three control knobs for Surf Rate, Range, and Tone. Built in speaker and a 1/4 inch out. Works as it should, some sun fading of the plastic housing.
